Each person’s journey is unique. requiring a personalized approach toward personal growth and a deeper understanding of self. It is my goal to walk a path with you in a nonjudgmental, empathetic atmosphere to help you discover and utilize your strengths, overcome barriers, and achieve mental wellness.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked as an information technology professional, manager, business consultant, and trainer. This diverse background provides a unique vantage point for helping clients who experience stress, anxiety, depression, trauma symptoms, employment/career issues, relationship conflict, work-life balance difficulties and substance abuse issues.
I am trained in the treatment of trauma using Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), which helps address traumatic or emotionally disturbing life experiences. I am also a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I offer flexible daytime and evening hours.
