Rachel is accepting new clients.
Life is hard, and everyone needs support at one time or another. If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, tough relationships, or difficult transitions – you are not alone. We all reach points in our lives where we can use additional care and support to help us view things from a different angle. It can be hard to ask for help. It might even be scary, and that is okay. In many cases, feeling scared may be the first step in an amazing journey of growth and new opportunities.
In a therapeutic setting I believe everybody deserves a safe space to tell their story. Our connection is deeply important to me, and a good fit will make therapy truly worth it.
I work with preteens, teens, and adults to achieve positive change in their lives. I also see clients who feel stuck in life, who struggle with issues of self-worth and self-esteem, and those who just want to come and feel heard by another person.
I have attained a Bachelor of Arts degree in management and human relations, a master’s degree in business, a master’s degree in social work. I am a provisionally licensed mental health therapist.
I accept Wellmark, most out of state Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance plans, HealthPartners, Aetna, and Cigna. Please contact me about my self-pay rate.
If you would like to schedule a therapy session, or have questions about the services I provide, please use the form on this page to contact me.
I look forward to hearing from you.
