Licensed Mental Health Therapist and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction™ Instructor

I offer compassionate, holistic mental health and wellness care to adults (25 +) who are struggling with anxiety, depression, chronic stress, perfectionism, self-criticism, relationship struggles, and control issues.

I use Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT) in my practice.   I also teach Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction™ (MBSR) and other mindfulness classes and offer workshops and retreats on mindful living.

I received my undergraduate degree at Iowa State University and my master’s degree in social work at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. I completed my MBSR™ teacher qualifications at University of California San Diego Medical School’s Center for Mindfulness and participated in 65 hours of additional MBSR™ training with Jon Kabat-Zinn, Ph.D.

I accept Wellmark, most out of state Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance plans, and HealthPartners. My self pay rate is $185 for your first appointment and $160 after that.
